GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
- 50% down, balance on delivery unless previously agreed upon.
SHIPMENTS
- UPS delivery unless otherwise specified.
- Allow 4 to 6 weeks for custom shades delivery.
FREIGHT CHARGES
- Freight, handling and shipping costs to be paid by customer.
BREAKAGE & CLAIMS
- All shipments made by insured freight. We cannot be liable for breakage
during shipment. If damage occurs, you, the consignee, must institute
a claim with the carrier.
- Keep original shipping carton and all packing materials and contact
the carrier IMMEDIATELY for damage inspection.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
- No returns accepted without written authorization. Only factory
defective merchandise may be returned.
- All requests for returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt
of order.
- NO refunds or exchanges on custom-designed shades. Exchanges may
be made only on stocked shades. Ship original merchandise back within
ten (10) days of receipt.
WHOLESALE
- Orders must be accompanied by a business card and a resale number.
Minimum order $45.00.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
- New orders will not be shipped until back balances are cleared.
RETURNED CHECKS
- Checks returned for non-payment will incur a $25.00 service charge.
SIZING
- All heights of shades EXCLUDE the fringe and beads. Fringe lengths
vary, depending on size of shade. In catalogue picture measurements
are frame only.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Fabrics & beads may vary in degree of color, depending on dye lot.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
