Our frames are all hand rolled and bent on our specially designed pneumatic work stations. Many jigs have been created so that our frames are consistent in their measurements. They are made of strong 10 gauge steel, then coated with a hard shell powder coated polyurethane which is baked on to help prevent rust. Because we make high quality Victorian Lampshades, we pride ourselves on first making a quality uniform frame. In addition to all our existing frame styles, we also offer custom frames to order. Call for information, (541) 382-5538. Special order Items:

1. Threaded Uno-Spiders (for Bridge Lamps): $3.00 each.
Disclaimer: UL does not approve this set up because someone could bump the shade, thus popping the socket and exposing the wires. We are not responsible.

2. Uno-Adapter: $15.00 each. This is a complete custom made assembly that attaches the shade above the socket, which is safe and will adapt old style hardware on Antique Bridge Lamps that have a bolt and wing nut. We use a pull chain phenolic shell socket (hard plastic) that does not get hot like the brass sockets. A standard spider is then used on the wire frame.

3. Drop Spiders: $5.00 each with clips. This is a spider that is recessed down inside the frame that sits on a glass bowl (standard size bowl is 10"). We add clips with the spider which slide on the wire up against the bowl to keep the shade centered on the bowl. We also put a second spider on the top to display a decorative finial if wanted.
